Er hat sich noch nicht einmal die Mühe gegeben, mir zu antworten, als ich mehrere Male versuchte ihn zu erreichen, nachdem am Tag der Deadline nichts von seiner Seite aus kam. Auch nicht an den zwei weiteren Tagen, obwohl er in der Firma war und ich darum gebeten hatte, dass er mich dringend zurückzurufen sollte. Nach dem dritten Tag kam dann eine email. Auch dann hat er meine Telefonate nicht angenommen und meiner mail nicht geantwortet. So etwas respektloses habe ich zuvor noch nie erlebt. Wenn einer nicht in der Lage ist zu kommunizieren und Fristen einzuhalten, sollte man zumindest vor dem Ablauf der abgesprochene Frist darüber informiert werden. So eine Art kann ich nicht unterstützen.

- AlessandroDuring moving between countries and having complex tax situation, Mr. Demirel and his team were able to find a great outcome and submitted the forms to the German Tax Office. The tax office was even requesting for more supporting documents, where Mr. Demirel took care of it replied back to them till the process is finally complete. The German Tax Office reimbursed me with almost exactly the predicted amount by Mr. Demirel office.
For now I am satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of English speaking tax advisor.
I had challenges initially to file a tax and took a lot of search through online but finally I ended up contacting ageras and then I chose Demirel for the tax return services.
A big factor for us was that he can speak English and another benefit is that everything could be done remotely, which is especially important in these times.
Demirel and his team have finally filed by tax returns and now awaiting an response from German tax office. Once that process is done I would post my review again on how it goes with Demirel service.
For now I am very much satisfied and I would recommend Demirel to anyone who would like to pursue his services.

- Diogo ResendeI unfortunately did not have a good experience with Buchalter Demirel. In fact, the process, that took around 9 months, was unpleasant given the poor communication from them and the lack of transparency with what was agreed and paid for.
The tax reports they prepared were not convincing for the Finanzamt. I received several letters from the Finanzamt, stating the reports were missing information. Buchalter Demirel did not handle those situations, nor were clear in saying they were not going to work on them.
It was not until 5 to 6 months had passed when I learned they were not going to follow up on my cases, as that was not part of the agreement. For me, that was never clear, I believed it was their job to complete the follow ups. However, they didn't clarify it until I put a complain.
I also had to go through unanswered calls and emails during months. When they eventually answered, I was told I was going to get a call back, something that, in fact, never happened. Their lack of communication and customer care made this a very frustrating experience.
The end result is that I have to find a new tax advisor to complete the job, having wasted almost a year and money.
